#RWRunStreak --- I don't usually run on Sundays, and for the streak I've just been jumping on the treadmill at the gym for 15 or 20 minutes while I am there. It is really nice today and the weather is going to turn really yucky for a while, so I wanted to get out since I am not sure how much I'll want to be outside in the days to come. And I figured it would be good to take Cooper with me. He did really well. Some cows were very loud today and he didn't like that much, We got out right before the Packer game started so nobody was on the road!

Solid week of 41 miles. Right where I like to be right now.
