Running in the rain...so lovely!! Was quite out of breath (Hubby could hear me panting when running up our street) so I was very surprised with this time. Very happy though!! :)

@ Lou, laughing at "The Andrew program" He will be mortified at putting a label on it, but he under estimates his ability to motivate! If he got me to run 5k last yr he could turn pro!!! @Adina, no Lou is not following "The Andrew program", she robbed it, ha ha, however coach Andrew has agreed it would not be challenging enough for Lou. She under estimates her ability as a runner! And a runner she is!

Oh man I'm embarrassed. I was hoping to go under the radar. Anyway, have fun with the program. I think it's a little too easy for you since you've already banged out a 1/2 Mary. Feel free to experiment :)

A 14k equivalent is 95 mins. Adrenalin alone will knock off that 5 minutes. You know it! I'm impressed! Did you do the Cooks river run?

Don't worry Lou, how you felt on that run was just to do with the heat I'm sure. Remember you took a 3 week break after Canberra and bounced back better than before!
