    Feeling I had a bit more energy today, could have sworn I was working harder during this run but after uploading stats BPM 140 so maybe not. I think I need to get my head in gear.

      That's a good pace for heart rate I like to train in that zone much better for the body x great run

      Cheers Em, your advise appreciated :-) I think if I had my head in the run zone I'd be ok with the run but after having a bit of a break I just feel lazy and feel the need to shock my body rather than it sticking to my default marathon training pace. Esp with hotel olympia 10k race 27th April which I haven't done any training for :-s x
