  1. ING ATL 1/2 Marathon 13.1 mi / 02:15 10:16 pace

    Looks like I met one of my goals for the year, I wanted to run the ING 1/2 in 2:15:00 or better and I ran it in 2:14:41. Just ran with my Garmin and kept track of my average pace. Easy way to meet a goal pace. Finished 10/39 in age group.

      My favorite place to run is Stone Mountain. I like the 5 mile loop but I have yet to master the 7 mile loop--the one hill on Stonewall Jackson kills me.

    Good run at Stone Mountain. Started out with a 1.5 mile warm up then I did 6X1/4 mile @ 8:30 with 2 minute walk recovery followed by easy cool down for a total of 6.21 miles.

    Started out to do 10 miles, but only got in 9.4 because my heart rate started jumping around. I know the doctor said not to worry about it, but I still do. It was still a good run overall.
