Ron, I feel really sad for you each time I read that your foot hurts. Been there, suffered that. You're doing really well keeping on doing different sorts of training, not letting your fitness go. I know it's not easy. You'll get your reward eventually.

good Stone Mountain Trail & Road Walk 3.4 mi
Got in an easy walk today testing out my foot. Felt pretty good, I think the little pain I did feel was at the injection point of the Cortisone.
