      Ron, I feel really sad for you each time I read that your foot hurts. Been there, suffered that. You're doing really well keeping on doing different sorts of training, not letting your fitness go. I know it's not easy. You'll get your reward eventually.

    Another good workout today on the bike trainer, rode with Lance on the mountain stages of the 2003 TdF. Easy interval workout after a 15 min warm up. Felt good.

    Today was the 1st swim day on my schedule and as you can see it turned into a short trail run instead. The weather was just to good to stay inside. Felt good to run some.

    Got in an easy walk today testing out my foot. Felt pretty good, I think the little pain I did feel was at the injection point of the Cortisone.
