  3. wore my pedometer all day today and did two dog walks plan to get in more walks this week with abby till monday

    blah zumba class 2.5 mi 60:00 1440:00 pace

    getting the steps down and im sweaty and tired now, did different stretches at the end to avoid getting sick good class with an instructor

  5. got booked another week of being away so plan to get lots of walking in because this dog loves her walks
