Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me out. We have a "25 for the Holidays" group starting October 7th and I'm in charge of finding just a few folks who would:

1) like to lose up to 25 lbs
2) and willing to commit to 25 mins of exercise and a solid plan that includes fitness, nutrition, and support that works.

The group has a few runners using this for their cross training, especially with the colder weather coming so I thought it couldn't hurt to ask my running friends.

We have less than 24 hours to get someone enrolled and a little bit of free time today to make that happen. Do this... if you know someone who would be interested and want to discuss the program just shoot me a message.
