    It's hard to use the treadmill while its still nice outside but the baby doesn't do we'll in the stroller. Thank goodness for a good audiobook!

    First time doing this NOT pregnant and I could feel it in my abs the whole time. No wonder it toned me up during the pregnancy. I think I'm going to like this program even more!

      Ain't you tough! Go Lorri, go! When we first met, I was on Insanity rewind and you were still running and such. You were in the process of adding to your family and I was getting rid of the last of mine! Now I am running and such and you are doing the Shaun T Shuffles! What a world... ;-)

      Very true Jon. I decided I would take these 10 weeks to simply see what the program would do. I am still running half marathons and 10 and 5Ks along the way.
      Hoping to hop on a half on the 14th and another in Oct. Signed up for a few full marathons next year ;)

      As you get older, if you are not careful, your strength can slip away about as quick as the pounds go on. Insanity really helped strip off the superfluous pounds but I still needed more strength to really get back to running and stuff hence the Convict Conditioning. I am now in week 4 of a C25K and not having any difficulty as of yet. So I remain hopeful that I may race against you someday! ;-)

      Dude, I LOVE this program. Perfect to help me keep up with my fitness when its been tough to get out and run with the baby's naps. You totally should give it a try ;)

    I think this is my favorite of all the workouts. It's not heavy weights, but by the end-especially the 4 count push-ups-you feel it!

      Thanks guys! Yes Brian-I like Cardio Abs-even more than Insane abs...
      We are doing wonderful! The baby is so cute and we've bonded and jumped right back into a routine without skipping a beat!
