      Nice job Lori. I was at Ward Pkwy and 65th street as a course volunteer. Glad to hear about the doctor stopping to assist and that the person is doing OK. I completely agree with your statement about ID, I have started wearing a Road ID slim all the time, it is just part of me now, so I never have to worry.

      Did the pain feel like the one you had before when you tried to run (last week?) or different? Did you run on the TM last time as well? Sometimes the TM gave me calf pain (something with the gait, I suppose it's different from the "outside stride"). Maybe try outside?
