Great workout today! Everyone was serious and knocking out their workouts today. Frank wasn't messing around. This guy looks amazing for 70 years old! I've had some tenderness/strain in my calf this week. It's the same exact spot that had me out before my 1st 1/2. I haven't wanted to aggravate it more, so took off from running this week. Frank took it easy on my legs (somewhat) today. It was a little bit of everything: arms, core, legs. Great workout!
Side note: went shopping for new clothes and I'm down almost another size. I'm in between sizes. I tried on at least 40 shirts today and bought 2. I guess it's a good problem to have, but frustrating!
