Alarm issues again. This time it was my fault. I set it for 5 PM and not 5 AM. I had to laugh when I thought about the Seinfeld episode about the NYC marathon runner and the alarm clock mistake. Thank goodness my race wasn't today! Anyway, rode the exercise bike when I got home. It's the best I could do when I don't get my run in.

    Lorie, on some mornings, I only wished I had set it for 5:30pm instead of 5:30am. I am thinking that maybe this Sunday will be one of those days. Damn spring forward! Great Spin!!!

    Nice job compensating for the missed run. If you switch to 24hr clock, that's 1 mistake with alarms that you should no longer make

    Thanks everyone! @Brian G- This made me laugh. Me learning the 24hr clock times would be like....well, I'm not sure, but it would be funny. :-) It is a great suggestion though.
