      Maybe you should cycle and not run at all while doing your stretches. Try it for a month and see if you improve. You've been dealing with this same issue a long time. I know it's frustrating but you'll run again. Take time to heal. (Hugs)

    Awesome gym Saturday! Frank tried to kill us. Got to the point where I honestly could not think. Like that wonderful sweet spot in a run. Arms, legs, core. Walking lunges. Everything. Love it!
