    Went good, felt terrible yesterday, must've over-done it the day before so I took the day off. Starting major diet - app on Monday, need to do something to see better results... Wish me luck!!

    Walked the perimeter 2 times & 1 mile on treadmill. Also did 40 push-ups, 40 crunches & 40 squats. Doing this for a 40-day challenge.

    Went good, I wore a pedometer today, and this included a 2.5 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym. Wasn't sure what to put for the time? Need to continue working on diet...
