    I did bicep/tricep curls, shoulder press, leg press, crunches, push-ups, crossramp for 30 min. (2.5miles) and then ran on the track for 1 mile. Ended with a long stretch out.

    The Spin Class was too crowded so I went and got on one of the bikes up in the gym and burned 350 calories anyway. There was not a bike available in the class! Darn New year's resolutioners!

    I did the eliptical for 30 min. and the treadmill for 15 min. plus push-ups, crunches, and a deep stretching session. I felt strong tonight.

    great workout- I did 40 min. on the step then a 20 minute jog plus push-ups, crunches and stretched out really well.

    I did Eliptical for 30 min. Level 8- 10, and ran on the track! I also sat in the hot tub/sauna! so relaxing! Plus I feel like I got a lot of tension out in this exercise bout.

    anticipate soreness from the weight training- i ran on the treadmill - for 1 mile and went for 3 miles on CrossRamp- just trying to keep from gaining weight during the holidays
