Desert Run In Oman 00:45

Weekly outdoor run in the heat! Already hot, windy and dusty at 5:30 this morning. Managed to run 45 minutes with a ton of breaks at the start! I forgot my data at home. The one positive section was the middle mile in 10 minutes flat!
