    What better way to stretch your legs after an 8 hour car ride than to jog for 25 min. Completed Week 6 of CT5K. No walking breaks....and it felt pretty good today!

    Completed Day 2, Week 6! Oh man, it was such a struggle those last 10 minutes...almost quit. Trouble breathing today, and surprisingly my foot didn't bother me at all!!

    Well I pushed myself and started week 4 of the training schedule....and I think that week 4 is quite a jump up from week 3! It was definitely a struggle but at least I did it!

    Great run but maybe pushed it by doing an extra repetition....got the tinglies in my foot! Technically done with week 3 but may do one or two more days of it before moving on to week 4.

    Total jog=1.5 miles....first time in a really long time that I jogged farther than I walked! It was tough, but felt really good. No numbness in foot!! =)
