Team Challenge 11 mile Training Run

This run was much better than last week. Being healthy, stronger and the temps being cooler helped tremendously! I did walk the steep hills, but ran the rest of the way! I also was able to fuel and hydrate better, so that added to the better run.
Overall this was a good run and I feel tired, but accomplished.
