I decided to answer some emails and do some work before heading to the gym. Once there,I started with a dynamic warm up, and then moved on to planks, mountain climbers, chess and shoulder presses, rowing, squats, lunges, pushups and ab work. I finished with 10 minutes of metabolic work (treadmill intervals). It's good to get Monday started properly.
