    Hot and humid are the words for today. Started at 5 and really, really glad we did. The last 6 in the sun were tough and the pace suffered a bit. Thanks to Roscoe G. I got it done.

    Much better run this Thursday than last. Matthew's shade route made the 11 miles bearable. Felt good enough today to pick up the pace for the last 2 miles. Rest it is!

    I did my job today with special thanks to the great weather! 10 minute pacer was 1:38 fast. Not too shabby for my first try. Great job to all the Diva's and a couple PRs too!
