      You know, I will admit that I didn't get that sense from your description about this. I figured the driver was stalking you. Not expecting you to pass in front of them.

      Not stalking Ben (at least I don't think so). When he finally got the message and I crossed the street behind him I saw he turned into the parking lot that is at the end of the row of angle parking.

      This seems like the perfect adjustment to make. I bet that practicing relaxing through the side stitch and acclimating to the heat is every bit as beneficial in the big picture as running faster in a workout. A great use of a warm summer night.

      I'll have to check that sound out, it doesn't sound familiar. good job forcing yourself out the door - how often is that the hardest part? Happens to me a lot. Also, I try to always take the stairs at work. I would totally count that as cross training!
