  1. RUN
    Gym TM @ 2% 3.26 mi 00:37 11:13 pace

I should probably put in the 4.30 miles in 50 minutes that the TM said, but Garmins don't lie...or do they? Oh well, I am an accountant so when in doubt, err on the conservative side ;-)

Hmm... I never thought Garmins lie, but I agree with Marcie - on a TM, they might. 4.3mi it is! Great job.

I wouldn't trust a treadmill farther than I can throw it, and have you seen my arms? I'm not exactly a weight lifter. But I'm sure it's close enough. Even my Garmin on GPS outside has some inaccuracy. The main point is you got in a great workout. WTG!

    good Gym TM @ 2% 3.61 mi 00:41 11:29 pace

Tried a little experiment of TM vs. Garmin
    Mile 1 TM = 10:54 pace, Garmin = 11:40
    Mile 2 TM = 10:30 pace, Garmin= 11:38
    Mile 3 TM = 10:15 pace, Garmin = 11:30

DISNEY!! You lucky duck! That's awesome. A friend did the marathon there a few years ago (her first) and she had the opposite problem from you - it was unseasonably warm for January in Florida and she didn't pack summer running clothes. She says she wanted to die. Even beyond the first-marathon-km-33-want-to-die. Hope you are having a great vaycay!

Carolyn - there was actually a windchill alert here, coldest right around sunrise when we were running! We could still see our breath waiting for the bus back to the resort. And I had to buy tights - I had only packed shorts ;-)

      Nice Job:

Blisters SUCK. I currently have a massive one on my heel from the damn ice cleats. Can relate!! Smart choice for sure. Also, if you have to...rock tape is great for taping bandaids over blisters. That's the only thing that let me run today. Really nice work on this run though! Impressive that you got seven in!
