  1. RUN
    alright Gym TM @1.5% 3.5 mi 00:44 12:34 pace

Injected some inclines at 5-7.5% at a walking pace to get the average down. The plan says 13:33 pace but that is just stupid..I never ran that slow even when I first started running!

Such great shoes! I just can't wear them anymore. I know I have asked you before, but if you were 8.5--I have two--maybe 3 barely used pairs. :-)

Oh now I get it, so you ran up and down where the parade route was going to be heading to, and since it was blocked off nobody could get in your way. Cool! The officer didn't run with you did he? I thought at first the he was challenging you to some sprints :-) Sounds like a great time Loreen.

The boutique hotels can be a lot of fun to stay at. They don't quite have all the space of the modern ones, but they have interesting character like this. I can imagine the room....I also think that they had a pop machine since it makes more money than a water cooler. Anyway, great run Loreen. Travel safe.

My room (the Bacall, as in Lauren) was pretty cozy, too. Would have felt too small if my husband was with me, but okay for just me.

There were 4 intervals of about 3/4 of a lap each with walking recoveries in between. Pace was all over the place, but then again, I guess that's why they call them Fartleks.
