    Lovely day out there. The trail was pretty icy in spots so footing was sketchy, but I stayed upright the whole way, so that's a win in my books!

      I feel sorry for you, good luck at the physical therapist, you deserve to run injury free. I hope it was not severe and you did not have to limp home, that is no fun.

      Thanks, Doug. What sucks is I am pretty sure all the problems these past few weeks are from a 2-day conference on a crappy chair, resulting in misalignment in the kinetic chain.

      Crossfit? You are doing that now, or has it been some time? I've thought about it from time to time, but I'm not sure if it'd be my thing or not. I hope you are enjoying it, and great job at the track Loreen!

      Hi Ben! It isn't a true Crossfit class, mostly "core and functional mobility for runner" moves to help increase endurance and strengthen to prevent injuries. Mostly body weight only. I figure I will try this for a few months, the make the switch to full Crossfit. My upper body is soooooooo weak! But I rock the squats!

    Class went a little over time tonight but it was good. Squats, burpees, kettle bell carry, box jumps or step ups and ring rows. Three circuits.
