    good Fieldhouse 11.01 mi 01:57 10:39 pace

Kept the pace pretty steady the whole way and no real finishing kick this time, but the final mile was still the fastest at 10:22. I am hoping it is a bit warmer next weekend so I can do my long ru... read more

  2. RUN
    good Gym TM @ 2% 4.25 mi 00:48 11:20 pace

Includes 1/4 mile warm up for 5 mins. Nice, steady, easy. Followed up with a set of strength work (10 reps each for 10 exercises).

  3. RUN
    good Fieldhouse 7.01 mi 01:12 10:19 pace

Had a good run despite the DOMS from strength work on Tuesday. Even pulled off a decent finishing kick - last mile in 9:50!

  4. RUN
    blah Gym 2.75 mi 00:40 14:32 pace

Just a guess. After a mile I moved to the weight room for some strength work. I tried some deep squats today but then when I went to do my 2nd set of lunges, my leg said "If you get down on th... read more

Legs are just uncooperative when it comes to lunges, darn it. Tough strategy for getting it done, yay you on that crazy incline, really helps that last half mile feel easy!

Great stuff! Funny about preferring one direction over the other. I've been playing with my watch on the other arm recently and it's insanely difficult to get used to. Should really be no different though!

Hmmm...since I am left handed I wonder if counterclockwise would be my faster direction... Not sure I would have pegged you as an AC/DC girl, but I love it! Really solid 10 miles Loreen. Great job today.

OK--that is a very interesting observation on clockwise vs. counterclockwise. I might need to test that out. And hey, while it wasn't your tomorrow's 10--love that you nailed the 5 in under 50. :-) Great work Loreen.
