      Nice! I think you may have been a degree or two warmer than here in Chicago. I also wore shorts and a long sleeve, but I needed it with the wind we had. Great run Loreen!

      Which Garmin are you using? What is the "workout mode" mean? I have the 920 - do you mean the virtual pacer? Man I hate that thing. Never slows down....How long till your race? Which one is it? Good luck Loreen.

      Hey Ben, you can send workouts from Garmin Connect to your watch and thanks Ken, it is the 620. My race is the Hypothermic Half in Victoria, BC on Valentine's Day. Looking forward to almost a week at temps well above freezing!
