I too get migraines, better since going of meds and focusing more on nutrition for my GI issues but ach they're the worst and the prescriptions meds side effect are terrible! Exercise is a great momentarily elixir when you're on the cusp. Hope you can sleep it off ASAP!

      Feel Better:

Good migraine therapy, if you managed to keep those meds down while running, that's gotta mean things are improving and tomorrow will be better.

Fun! I've only done a few group runs, but I wish I had time to do more. The local run shops always have them, but I just don't seem to get to them. Did you make any friends on the run I hope? Sounds like you are enjoying the trip. Good luck.

Staples opened in Dec 2007. The Brick is our most recent chain store (furniture/home appliances), opened in March 2011.

I've never heard of The Brick, but like Marcie I love how you describe the landmarks of your run as the big box stores. Of course, if you said "turned around at the big pile of snow" that would be less descriptive. Glad to see the weather was much warmer today for your run. Great 10K Loreen!
