      HOLY COW. Remind me not to complain about the temps being in the high 20s in Chicago now. I'm glad you were able to get outside for a bit Loreen. Looks like a good run. Is there still a bunch of snow? Probably.

      Ha! Well if nothing else, we know that was a hell of an effective 7 minutes yesterday! Stuff like that is so great. Kind of hard not to find 7 minutes in your day to do this either so I hope you do stick with it. And you got 2 miles in on top of it all. Any ideas for a race down the road?
