    good Outside 4.42 mi 00:40 09:03 pace

Procrastinated all morning, then when I was ready to go, realized my Garmin was near dead, so had to wait for it to charge. This made for a tough run since I took my UCAN way too long before I fina... read more

  4. RUN
alright To Old Town 4.01 mi 00:40 09:55 pace

Just above freezing and 18mph wind made this tougher than I would have liked. But I had to get out there...trying to burn off some nervous energy.

Wow. 41 sounds like it must feel like a heat wave. In all seriousness do you have to worry about too much heat to fast causing a flood? We had that a few years ago when the snow melted so fast and the ground was still frozen it flooded some areas of the city. Great run Loreen! Spring is on the way.

  9. RUN
good To Staples 5.64 mi 00:59 10:23 pace

Temp is just above freezing so a few spots where snow melt has created ice patches across the sidewalks were a bit dicey, but I managed to stay upright. Funny how when training for a marathon 5 mil... read more
