      Wasn't even trying for that, and actually happy I forgot to turn auto-lap back on (turned it off for Wed speed work at the track) and even happier that I thought to hit the lap button at the turn around. But why did the 2nd 5k feel so much longer than the first?

    Stats are from my Garmin, so unofficial but I think it may be a few seconds better than 2011 so a course PR! Not bad considering my longest long run in training was only 15 miles!

      Nice run Loreen! What's your race this weekend? I'm doing Chicago Marathon Sunday. Sorry I've been so MIA, I just moved and changed jobs. Life is hectic.

      Running the Victoria Marathon. Chicago 2013 was my last full (ran Cayman Island that December, but pulled out at the half) and I am gunning for a PR! Looks to be cool and possibly wet but you never know!

    Still feeling a bit short on fuel from the 2 day cleanse fast I did (Mon-Tues) so I cut my 5 mile run short...but the miles I did run were a bit faster than target (10:28) so I think it evens out.
