Not feeling great; the start of a sore throat, cold sore...possibly 'man' flu!! A bit achy too. Regardless I got out there and ran 3 miles in the chilly night air. I have been determined to get 100 miles in per month but the last week was making that goal look unlikely for November at least. But I made it but I think a few days rest is on the cards and missing Park Run on Saturday can only be a good thing.
