So, out in the dark at 7pm, chilly enough out there. Very little wind and twinkling stars. Keeping safe on well lit paths although did have my teeny tiny torch for some darker spots, oh and now have little arm bands that light up red to make sure I can be seen

    I like night running too, but it's too dangerous here as there's no street lighting outside of our tiny village! I'd have to drive over 10 miles to find a town with street lights! The dreadmill it has to be on winter nights here!
