Eventful long run 11.5 mi 01:38 08:32 pace

Split this run into 2 parts (both at 50 mins...to recognise last week's birthday), the intention was to run steady first half and then aim for a negative split. Couldn't have executed this any better...50 mins at halfway (8:40) then 48 mins back (8:20). Some difficult sections where I was running into icy driving rain but then the rain cleared and it was bright sunshine. Lots of distractions - a buzzard, highland cows and rainbows.
