  13. BELFAST MARATHON 2013 - unofficial 3:49:55 - PB by at least 6 mins...full report later, but an amazing race and over the moon. Off to rest my weary legs!!

      Glad to see this was on target Ian. And I think everyone struggles through the first few miles on most days. The body is always going to try and fight you. Race day will be so very different--adrenaline alone will take care of a lot of issues. Best advice I can give you is to have a plan that you feel like you can execute and line up with a lot of well-deserved confidence. The rest will pretty much take care of itself. :-)
