    Dull and overcast but this was a nice steady run. 3rd of the way through marathon training and all going well...although still worried about the right knee as the miles increase

    steady 5 miler in the rain with Janette and Tina...mileage approx as Tina's Garmin gave up after a mile or so

    Early morning run and although happy with pace and my general running...it was pouring with rain, so was absolutely drenched!!

    Haven't done this route in a while and I'd forgotten about the couple of hills...made me work hard!! This was a steady run and a little quicker than I'd anticipated but good nonetheless
