    My left heel is killing me. Plantar fascitis! Ugh. Was hard to walk when I got up this morning...still limping around. Lots of Ibuprofen and inserts in the shoes.

    Surprised hubby by running the last .7 with him...doing great. Heel pain though...plantar fasciatis I suspect. Going on 4 months of this...UGH.
