      Because of the injury I have been dealing with, I figured the best way to pace myself and not jump into another marathon too quickly was to start from scratch. I was going to find a C25K, and found out there was a C210K. So I will build back up to 10K strength over 14 weeks and then as long as I stay injury free do some halfs later in the year and maybe a half ironman. Then in January I have the Goofy Challenge
