It is hot and humid out there, but I haven't done much all week because of the heat and other circumstances. It felt good to have the sweat running down my body again. It felt like I was back in bikram. I'm going to start slowly adding .25-50 of a mile every week to increase my distance.


That's a good plan! You'll be running ten miles before you know it. :)
