  1. Rode 50 miles, then did a 2- mile run/brick. To top off Saturday I then swam 2100 yds. HIM training is in full swing and I think I am ready for a nap. It's a great day!!!

    First 6 a.m. Masters swim. It was tough to get out of bed and go out into the cold, but I'm feeling accomplished and the endorphines are flowing. It's going to be a great day!
