      Great job on the TM. Can you do something else while running like a magazine or watch TV? I too don't like the TM, but it's my only "option" during the hot Summer days.

    Still getting those legs warmed up! Did a whole lot of stretching afterwards in preparation for running. I gotta keep these hips nice and limber and flexible : ).
