Still getting those legs warmed up! Did a whole lot of stretching afterwards in preparation for running. I gotta keep these hips nice and limber and flexible : ).

Love the cycle! Dripped sweat the entire time. Did 0.25 mile intervals of increasing/decreasing resistance (4, 5, 6, 5, 4, 5, 6 etc).
