Mini-Weight Workout

Shoulders and legs were the focus today. Can I just say that after the biking and the running, my legs felt like jelly?! I pushed on through and finished up with my hip strengthening exercises/stretched. With all exercises combined, I burned 800 calories- yahoo!


Rockin' job. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure you'll be stronger in no time! With a little effort, you can do anything.
