CORE/Strengthening Exercises

I am determined to make my CORE stronger so that my 1/2 marathon training will be easier on the body. I am also working on losing a few pounds for the same reason (3 lbs down this week- woot woot!). Planks, 3 sets of ab exercises, balance work, hip strengthening moves, etc.


This is exactly what I need to be focusing on too, Lisa! Lots of pounds to go, and so much core work to do. Good for you, I look forward to seeing you get ready for RNR San Antonio!
