good TnT Tempo Run 3.03 mi 00:33 10:55 pace

Switched out today's scheduled cardio exercise for my tempo run. First mile was at a 11-11:30 pace, 2nd mile was my tempo part and ran that closer to 10:30 min (woot, woot), 3rd mile I took it nice and easy. Legs are tired and might need to be iced. Anyone know how I ice my legs? This would be a first for me, the icing part.

    Good tempo, Lisa! Can't help on leg icing... although I sometimes ice my feet in a bucket after a really long run!

    Icing tip from my physical therapist best friend: Dixie cup filled with water-put in freezer until solid, then rub ice on the sore spots. You can peel the cup back as the surface starts to melt. Keep it in the freezer and just keep peeling down the cup.
