    First run after a week off due to vacay-ouch!

    Sluggish, slow and hot. Once the sun lowered a bit, then I felt a tiny bit better.

    Picked a hilly route and ouch! Intervals of 2-1 for the most part. Glad to get it done!!!

    1 mile warm up of 13:25, 2nd mile was Jeff Galloway's *Magic Mile* at 11:25. 0.25 walk cool-down. 72 degrees and sunny late afternoon- not exactly my favorite temperature but I got it done.
