    I think there are some extra hours added on to this one. I took the extra 5 miles it added while we slept out. The calories we burned those days are unreal!

    My right knee kind of bothered me. Bentley just talked and played the whole time we were out. Walking to and from the park with a lap and a half around the park

    The trail was closed half almost at the end so we had to turn around. They were working on a bridge. We ran at least 4 miles.

    Great stroll around the park. Finished my 5 mile run/jog in 55:76. I didnt start timing my self until we got on the trail so .68mile is missing from time. Legs got a little tight.

      just run, dont stress over milage time on yopur feet counts more than high milage.wear knee straps or look on internet for kinse tape placement works !
