    1-1-1-1 Upped my Max weight by 15lbs -- yay! Max: 120lbs (I know. I'm still weak. Whatevs)

    Then did 21-15-9 of:
    Power Cleans @ 40% 1RM (I did 55lbs)
    Situps.

    Super quick -- 3 minutesish.

    Two things: 1) it was *18 degrees* and we had to run outside; 2) OHS are SO hard for me. SO! I had to take the RX down from 65 to 55 and there was NO WAY I could have done a pound more.
