      Thanks Matthew! Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been AWOL! Zumba is tough to get used to if you're not one who enjoys dancing but even for those of us who do, it usually takes 2-3 classes before the choreography feels natural and you can keep up. I usually recommend newbies just focus on the basic footwork and forget the arms the first class or two. :) It's not for everyone though... but there are a lot of us who love it. :)

      No, wasn't using a garmin. Just entering the data manually once I get home. I use runkeeper these days while I'm actually in motion to track distance and other KPIs but it doesn't sync to DM oddly, far as I know. It would be nice if DM had its own app and frankly I'm surprised it doesn't - yet. I usually enter in route info; not sure why it won't let me on this last workout.

      That said, the plugin or whatever that links to map for route is glitchy at the best of times - sometimes it will load the map sometimes it won't. I can't always figure it out.

      thanks Matthew, I'm still kinda surprised at myself to be honest. LOL Didn't feel like i worked that hard but I guess I did more damage than I realized. Imagine once I'm back up to full energy and feeling better. Look out! LOL

      Thanks Matthew! It's the bottom of my foot. I've had flare ups of plantar fasciitis before (inflammation of the tendon in sole of foot) so it may be related. Thanks for the chart - good to see.

    alright Treadmill - Interval Training... 2.39 mi 00:40 16:44 pace

    3.5-5mph/1 incline. Started out great but foot cramps held me back a bit + had to switch treadmills after first 12 min due to malfunction, which interrupted my momentum, but otherwise did alright.

      I love my Garmin for the HR and GPS. I am not sure how well it would work in Zumba but it tracks movement pretty well. As for weight...I have lost almost 20 since starting to run last June and could stand to lose another 30-40. It is a long road!
