    First day of Goofy training in the books! Working with a full interval training program and felt good. Not a horrible starting over all pace. For me anyway.

    This workout always kicks my rear but I promised myself I'd get back at it every day. Felt good when done.

  3. Woke up with sore throat and fever so stayed home. May get out for a short easy walk later but will pass on today's P90 workout.

  6. Appt with ortho about the knee pain this afternoon. Hopefully can find out what's going on and be able to kick up the work outs.

    Have not played tennis in years but need to break up the old routine. Getting bored. Had a great time! Wasn't the best but will be back regularly.

    First day since Nov it's been over 40 so had to get out at lunch and take at least at stroll. So nice out!

    Forgot just how much the P90 series makes you sweat. Felt good. Except having to chase the cat out from under my while doing power yoga. LOL

    Last night turned into a cluster so had to just toss in the DVD followed by quick core circuit. Felt pretty good but not long enough.

    Finally cleared the driveway of 2 feet over all and a 3 ft drift. Had to do it in shifts but whew....arm workout done. lol

    Got in a walk to see what rest of neighborhood is like. Took 45 minutes as spent most of it in knee high snow. Is pretty.

    Did full core routine including cardio bursts -- man those get harder toward the end. Stretched after.
