Enjoyed 5 great miles with a few running pals early this AM. We even hit the lakeshore and ran 1.5 miles on the beach from Holland State Park to Tunnel Park. Was a great way to kick off Sunday!

Gosh, you crazy people and your 5am runs. I don't understand it. Maybe there is some additive to the air at this time that keeps you all hooked, cause an 8am run is considered early for me! So glad this one went well for you. And bunnies??! Squee!

Hamstring tugs hurt! I've had that happen once and was convinced I had done something really bad and then *poof* it was gone the next day. Hopefully it's just a small pain and you'll be just as good as new! Nice speedy morning run!

Tulip Time 5k Race in Holland this AM with my fellow "50 Shades of Crazy" running ladies Allison and Erin. We had a beautiful morning to run and gave it our all. Glad to finish in 27:21!
