    Can't hardly grip steering wheel on way home=a pretty darn good workout!!! Tricep dips, biceps, jump squats, mtn climbers, split jumping lunges, 1 leg step ups, etc etc etc :)

    Out and back to each side of the Lost Lake loop that was mostly obstacle free. Great run for Mandy dog and I. Sad to see our trip come to an end, but it was some gorgeous views!

    Lost Lake loop around the lake! More of an obstacle course....2 ft snow drifts, logs, roots, rocks....it was a fun run....but pretty tiring! Beautiful views!!!

    Bootcamp! Tough one today...4 min at each station, including side plank reach throughs, wall ball shots, sprinter situps, russian twists, thrusters, split jumping lunges....whew! It was a tough one!
