race week -- did great and ran first 2.5 miles at a comfortable pace then when i sped it up towards the end i must have stepped on my leg wrong (maybe i should stop speeding up...) and now I've taken a muscle relaxer, ibuprofen and layin with the heating pad on my knee (my bad one from my dancin days and dislocation) PRAYERS!
