    Awesome run with the Big Red Dog. Left Garmin at home (it doesn't like the ATT anyway) and ran by feel. Ended up with my fastest 3 miles in a long time!

    Wish I could ride this trail every day! Beautiful, paved trail along river. Flying along feeling FREEEEEE. I made it UP hills and FLEW down them. How could I go so many years without doing this?

    Would have liked to have gone farther but pressed for time. What a difference riding on paved trail! Same effort but much higher gears. Oh, and $88 Walmart Special needs a $40 brake job!
