      Awesome run in the humid weather...nice "beautiful" surroundings. And negative splits--even even splits--in a humid, hot run is an accomplishment. Don't knock it.

      I think you should start parking at the ice cream place and then taking Mary to soccer so that you can get ice cream at the end of the run. =) Sounds great today!
