How long should I wait to start training if I have a broken rib? It is starting to feel better, but it is still sore... Suggestions??

How in the world did you break your rib!? Yeouch! I would probably take it easy for awhile, maybe try a fast paced walk and see how you feel? If after a couple of days you feel okay increase slowly until your running again. That's probably what I'd do.
