    Running with a 3 and 4 year old in a jogging stroller is really hard, wont be doing that again until I can do pretty well on my own first!

    Starting slow. I am running until I cant breathe well, then walking the rest. I will slowly increase my distance! Slow and steady right??

    I know Yoga isnt running, but I was seeing how much my rib could take...Mayhaps I will walk tomorrow :D

  5. How long should I wait to start training if I have a broken rib? It is starting to feel better, but it is still sore... Suggestions??

      How in the world did you break your rib!? Yeouch! I would probably take it easy for awhile, maybe try a fast paced walk and see how you feel? If after a couple of days you feel okay increase slowly until your running again. That's probably what I'd do.
