    Felt great to stretch after my Saturday bike ride and 5k!!

    The perfect day! Ran a 5k and shaved 1.3 minutes off my time from last months run! Afterwards, went bike riding with my husband. Went swimming... and for lunch... PF Changs!

    Went to the gym after work and did my step class and tried Kinesis for the first time! Kinesis was hard but hurt so good. Will do another class next week!
