I decided to change it up a bit. I ran along Lemay and pushed it up the hill. The hill is not as steep as the ones in Anaheim Hills, but my lungs felt like it was Imperial Highway. I ran the 1/4 mile hill three times. At the top, after sprinting, I seriously felt like I was going to throw up. I tried to push running down the hill as well. It was nice to work a bit harder than I have been.
