good Santa Ana River 12 mi

It was a nice run with the girls. We ran and chatted along the river. It was perfect running weather. Heidi was hurting a bit, so on the way back I ran/walked with her. I didn't want to push myself. I have a 25K tomorrow, so a long run the day before might not be the best idea. All in all a good run. I think we're all ready to start training for St. George!
