This run was so overwhelmingly good for me. I can't believe that a year ago I was training for my first 5K and so nervous about running 3.1 miles. Today I ran almost 11 miles and didn't want to stop. Now it's taper time before my half. Who knows how to taper for two weeks for a half marathon?
