    It was a beautiful scenic route but it was covered in snow so found it a little harder to run in which slowed me right down still enjoyed it though.

      So still out of the training just found out i`m pregnant and the doc has told me to take it easy so my running days are not over they are just being delayed. Keep up the miles guys i`ll be keeping an eye on you xx

    Slow run but I felt great :) 525ft above sea level with some long slight hills, amazing view on the return stretch overlooking Akamas Bay .....stunning!!
