Whaaaaat?!? You da woman! How did that go? I've been very curious about barefoot, but worried my back would ache too much if I didn't have the support...

mmmmm.... it's the "barefoot" shoes. Vibram FiveFingers. And I love them! After doing the Peaks to Prairie, my feet KILLED me. My feet feel so much better, but I can't run on the dirt roads, so I'm confined to pavement or treadmill. I do highly recommend them though. They are awesome shoes!

My bro-in-law has a pair, but I think he wears them for fun (he's a biker, not a runner) and he likes them too. I'll have to consider getting a pair...
