    Awesome! Feeling no pain or swelling, used my poles and taught a client how to use them in trail races I feel alive and ready for more walking lol

  3. April 28th I had a modified brostrom repair done 6 weeks in a cast and one month min in an ankle brace! Can't run until the end of August but I can walk baby woohoo!
