    Slow recovery run after my 1/2 this weekend. Legs are particularly sore due to all the hills. Doing some activity and then lots of stretching is helping...I'm almost human again.

    Hot and hilly race...and played the tourist in the middle so I could take a picture of Plymouth Rock. Great race! A new friend met me at the finish line...that made it even better.

    Tapering before my half this weekend. This is the first 1/2 I have trained for completely by myself and ran without my 2 running buddies that moved away last year. Sad but a little empowering, too.

    Mentally didn't want to do 5 this morning so I did 3...but my body felt great...should have done 5 this morning. I hope I feel this good tomorrow when I have to do my 5.
